// This is related to the EM event that happened in the bazaar with the portal and all the refugees and undead streaming out of it.

Licca walks into the sensorium with a blank sensory stone. She takes a deep breath, and cups her hands underneath it, as she recalls what happened in the bazaar earlier that day...

Licca was napping on the bench in front of the bar when a strong wind and crackles of lightning energy woke her up. Suspecting something wrong, she tries to find the source. When she couldn't find it, she then begins to cast protective spells as loose objects were being strewn all over the bar, and an elf was frantically trying to keep some books from flying around. She mumbled, "This is the wrong time for my sister to be off duty..."

Soon, a portal appeared, and Licca decided to try to jump into it, but something blocks her from doing so. Soon afterwards, refugees pour out... men from a local militia, children, and their fathers. Strangely enough, there were no women. Behind them was a mob of hostile zombies and skeletons, and everyone in the bazaar who could fight, by instinct, attacked them with every sort of steel, white, and black magic. Harmonium soldiers were, strangely, not around when the portal opened. Licca screamed, "Someone contact the barracks!"

Several waves of putrifying undead come out chasing the refugees, and as the last wave came out, the portal closed in on itself, and the Harmonium arrived to take care of cleaning up the mess....

Everyone took shelter in the inn, and the hunger, fatigue, and desperation of the refugees could be touched in the air. They were served hot food, drink, and freshly baked bread... but even that could not remove the desperation as they argued with a halfling in the bar while their wounds were tended to by a friendly dwarf and a huge man in pink who offered their clerical magic. All they could talk about was the entity that attacked them....

She completes the recording, and marks the stone as public for those who wanted to relive what happened when Sigil got a few new residents....
