Sirs, Ladies,

as you might aware there have been several instances of strange incidents which some link to the artifacts called Scrolls of Memnur.

I know no other Faction knows more about experiences and no other faction has mastered the ability to record them, to make them real for whoever wants to access them.

This is why I request your faction's counsel.

I suspect those scrolls to be able to make nightmares real or perhaps to use people as a kind of portal to manifest creatures first in dreams and then in reality.

Please share with us whatever information would be helpful in this case and I am more than willing too cooperate and help with whatever research your own faction conducts in this case.

To the honorable Measure III of the Harmonium,

While there is little information about the occurrence of these manifestations currently cycling around the society, We do appear to possess a recording of a dream relating the scrolls. Unfortunately it has been recently transferred to the private sensorium due to safety concerns. As a result it may be necessary to contact someone of higher rank to authorize a viewing.

If it is of any assistance to the Harmonium and their investigations, I have personally experienced some of the nightmares tied to these scrolls. They seem to be triggered due to prolonged contact with the scrolls and is not necessarily strictly associated with their use. Said nightmares appear to cease when removed from the subject's possession.

As a member of the society, I am happy to share my experiences and information on the situation with those who seem to be trying to resolve this potentially dangerous situation. If you have any questions please let me know.
