//mine is coming, I just need to find time to get in game to vertify stats/gear and abilities. Then get something fast made in preparation. I don't want to assume I have things I actually don't as Mila is less tactic oriented and more "head on". I don't expect much finess...

Bridget adds her body... quite literally, body, to the collection of prisoners. Careful to come up behind them, and ensure they're all blindfolded, the body is dumped out sounding like so much meat being spilled from a stall.

Now let's see if that engagement was worth living for... she thinks to herself. Adding a blindfold to the corpse, she slips a coin of life into the corpses mouth, quickly replacing the gag.

The spells stored in that coin works as usual.. but the body remains as it is.

Perhaps the soul is not willing to return?

Bridget shrugs to herself. Oh well, a dead mercykiller instead of a captive one. Let that be a lesson to all young lasses everywhere. She slips the engagement ring back onto the corpse's finger, and figures I'm sure they can find a use for the body. Or just plant it somewhere.

She makes her way back out, and goes to meet up with the rest of her cohorts.

After leaving the 4 troops and the Measure in the buffer zone, Mila made her way back to the safe house. Once inside she finally relaxes. She strips off most of her clothing and begins the slow, and painful, task of removing the Ink, paint, burns, oil and blood from her being. Her minor healing had returned her to full health but they never actually remove the remnants of the harm done. That was always the hard part.

Her normal tattoos began to show themselves again once the grime and dirt was removed. She was battered, bruised and sore all over. Although it wasn't something she'd want to do again any time soon, she had a blast doing it. Nothing like pure chaos to undermine a soldier of order.

She would notice Bridget enter the room while she... repaired... herself. A wink and a smile were given.

"Back already, runt? hope ya had fun. Doubt better pull this off... I left him something valuable. If that doesn't work... nuthin' will..."

A few drinks from her whiskey bottle, a few pulls off her smoke and she continued her cleanup.

Bridget smiles up to Mila as she cleans herself up. "Had fun, but things could've gone better on my end. I left him some Justicar's wife or fiance or mistress or something. Well, her body anyway. I... uh... forgot to give her some air in the bag I shoved her in. And I may have blown up their love pad... That'll... uh... be in the news soon I imagine. She was a Mercykiller herself though, so that just goes to show, fraternization is never a good idea."

She hops up onto a table, and raises the back of her dress to show the bandage wrapped around the small of her back. "Mind checking that out for me? Things got a bit heated in the aftermath, and they lobbed a bomb my way."

Mila laughs at the story, out of amusement and not at Bridget's Misfortune. She checks the wound and shrugs slightly.

"Not that bad..." she remarks and cleans and wraps it properly, allowing Bridget to drink out of her whiskey bottle if it hurts too much.

"So... what happens next? Doubt better get down there soon. I didn't go through all that shit just for him to take the day off and go fishing. If he doesn't move them by morning... I'll use them myself.

A measure 2 and her squad. That's gotta be worth a few of our boys they're holding..."

She gets dressed again in a set of clean clothes. Wearing regular clothing and with wet hair she almost looks... normal.

Bridget shakes her head. "Still in there, I think there are some metal fragments you have to pull out." She pauses and wonders aloud, "Kill anyone, or just take them prisoner?"

"Well then this is gonna hurt" She says as she pours some of the whiskey on the wound to clean it out enough for her to see. Using more delicate skills (she has a base healing of 10... probably equivalent to a field medic) she works on the shrapnel. Trying to be careful but not overly so. Simply trying to clean them all out.

"Got them alive... but was close. Bitch pissed me off near the end and I just about had enough of her shit. All that praying and shit she was doing for her unit. I mean really... when is enough, enough?" she punctuates as she pulls a piece of shrapnel out of the skin.

"But they're alive. All five of them. Hopefully she's valuable to someone in the Reds..."

She continues to work (squirming Halfling aside) until the wound is clean.

Bridget just grits her teeth and squirms a bit under Mila's hand, but offers up a panted out "Uh huh" at the right moments to show she was paying attention.

Once it's finally clean, she wraps it back up herself and shakes her head. "I gotta get me some of those bombs."
