Bridget, the coversation blowing on of it's own accord, sinks down into her chair, her head barely poking above the table. Those watching her closely may have noticed she looked like somebody punched her in the gut when Uran's name was mentioned, her face pale under her green tattoos.

“Alright… short on time. I get it. So, you got some sort of plan or are we just to run about grabbing folks at random and hope we don’t get bitten while doing so? What about holding them? You got some place in mind? We’re not going to want to take them to an established safe house. If they get released… they’ll squeal.

I still don’t like the idea of snatching Namers, waste of fockin’ time… but we’ll do things your way and see how it plays out.”

She turns to Bridget

“You got awful quiet there, runt. A few minutes ago you were full of piss and vinegar, ready to take on the Cage single handed. Hope I didn’t hurt your feelings with the short jokes. I don’t really mean them, well actually that’s a lie. I do… but I figured you’d be tougher than that or you wouldn’t be here. So… why the sudden pout? Isn’t this what you wanted? What you were bitchin’ about earlier? Cooperation and all that bunk?”

"I just had a vision of this cell getting wiped out for lack of communication and teamwork," she lies easily with a flush coming to her face. "Let's not allow that to happen."

She looks the group over. "So, what's the plan?"

“Trust me, Eaglet… communication and teamwork are overrated. Too much of either and everyone gets scooped up if someone gets caught. Probably a good idea to not put too much effort into keeping us all knitted together like some stuffy sweater. I like to keep all my options open and if that means keeping the rest of you sods at arm’s length… so be it.

That’s not to say I won’t cooperate and communicate… just don’t expect it to come before my safe and happy place” she said as she pointed to herself.

“It’s not that I don’t trust any of you berks… it’s just that I don’t trust any of you berks. That’s something you gotta earn… not expect.”

Doubt remains silent for a while, looking from Bridget to Mila and back, then the other anarchists present and finally fixed his attention at Mila. "I do indeed have a place in mind where to store them. Two in-fact, I've not yet decided which one to use however... my instinct tells me to avoid keeping them in the City of Sigil. I won't elaborate further in this just yet incase some of you object to the thought of storing them outside the Cage. That detail can still be decided.

As for the matter of importance of the prisoners. Yes, I agree that namers are not the most optimal of targets to be chosen, but they will do for this plan. Of course I doubt anyone will complain would a few more important figures be captured along the others... but I leave that to be personal choice of each.

Which brings me to the next issue. Trust. Yes, she is right that we shouldn't trust information of all the plan details or each other to all or even any other members."
he turned his eye to fixate on Bridget instead "But any other information we can collaborate on, especially if it helps to make informed decision on target selections. And I intend to work on that aspect at the same time... I will be aiming a member of Fraternity of Order for more information as well, it's time to put my specialty in test. Perhaps the detailed membership records of either Fraternity and, or the Harmonium." his one eye squinted slightly.

"I won't tell you what methods to use nor whom to catch... since if someone gets caught, the information might spill and put all of us in jeopardy. Instead I will give some ideas, you do with them what you please or ignore them entirely.

Go after those whom get out of their daily duty, they should be too tired from hard work to be attentive of their surroundings. Easy targets and should be providing little resistance. If they appear to be looking around warily, avoid them as they may make a mess.

Do not let them see your identity if at all possible, avoid prolonged interaction or activity with them. Hit and run is a sound strategy since we do not want to give a chance for others to join in the fray nor truly react.

If you can catch them while they sleep, that is also quite swell. To avoid further investigation you can also leave a note by their door that "they've gone on a holiday", this way it shouldn't raise suspicions too quickly before we make our announcements.

Strip them of any and all equipment that can be used to self-defense or record anything. If at any point possible, strip them and give them new outfit to avoid smuggled items. However it would be nice to know their identity, but we can question that from them later on too... I intend to let everyone know who and what kind of people we're holding afterwards.

Different wards would be swell, if we are targetting people around same area the word would get around quickly and patterns would arise. Another benefit is that we may be able to capture some information and infiltration usable equipment or intell with this. Take up the opportunities beyond just capturing them... but make it appear like they're merely kidnapped or ideally that they're just simply not around. If we make any investigators guessing, it is for our benefit as we can move them more freely.

For holding methods... I'm not an expert of narcotics, so if any of you have any advices of cheap type of drug that we can purchase in a bulk without arousing suspicion, then I'd wish to fund that purchase... keep our prisoners to come docile and if possible make them addicted to keep them out of picture and unable to rational thought that might aid coming after us at later date."

He lifted his hand into the sleeve and soon dropped it with a rolled parchment, unfurling it and showing it to others. It seemed to be a map of Under Sigils tunnel systems. "If you all agree with my hideout suggestion the meeting point will be here." tapping a corridor between two collapsed portions with no apparent way inside it, it appeared to linger underneath the Clerks Ward. "I've arranged this to be a buffer zone for the captives... not the final holding place."

((I'm thinking maybe making threads in the anarchist boards about tracing people that fit to specified type of profiling from designated location or however your character would go at it. Then play out the role of your character and/or anarchists (?) while leaving a chance for anyone else to roleplay the role of the victim to make it a bit more interesting perhaps? Just a thought!))

(( I also offer to play an NPC in this threads.
Just tell me here or by PM what kind of NPC you imagine (can be as general like a cranky, old judge or as detailed as a ftr10/FB5 female halforc Mercykillerscrubber specialized in the scourge (here using flail) ) and what kind of scenario you want (for example hunt, infiltration, raid, ect). ))

Mila looks at him cautiously. While she still has the ‘hard-to-get-along-with’ and ‘you’re-not-worth-trusting’ looks on her face, one might also see a slight ‘this-guy-knows-a-thing-or-two’ on it as well. She leans back in her seat and pauses momentarily.

“Well shit… looks like you got some gears up there after all. Alright then… we’ll do it your way. Snatch and grab easy targets, avoid mean looking targets. Strip and ship to the tunnels. Drug ‘em up good make them look like they’re away with the family when able.

They canÂ’t leave the CageÂ… but the tunnels are fine. We canÂ’t use common portals without being spotted and the Cells that know the other doorsÂ… well they keep them private. Inner circle cells and all that shit. Unless you have contacts in those IÂ’d simply keep them in the Cage.

You gonna coordinate the prisoners when we bring them to you?”

"I am familiar with a plant that tends to make people rather, ah... restful, if ingested in quantities. I can boil it down and purify it more and more so that a little bit of it will make someone rather, ah... unresisting. Unfortunately, if overdone, they may stop breathing entirely. So if moderation is not your thing..." she leaves the rest hanging.

Finally, she asks, "If an entrance is blocked on both ends, how precisely are we supposed to get in?"

The one eye of Doubt looked at Mila for a while, maintaining silence during that period before finally inclining his head. "Very well. The prisoners to be will remain within the city of Sigil. Although I will keep the final storing location undisclosed, and indeed I will be coordinating the prisoners once they've been brought to the designated bufferzone."

As Bridget starts to speak he fixates to her words to reply. "A very good question. On this side you will find seven coloured stones..." tapping one of the sides. "... they appear to be rubble pieces from different architectures. And it bears worth noting that this part of the cave doesn't contain lightsources. With darkvision they are quite indistinguishable since colours are hard to make out in the dark regardless of species... as for the relevance, when you touch five of these in sequence. The order is; Yellow, red, green, blue and white. There's two other colours to confuse... memorize that order; yellow, red, green, blue and white. I will make sure they can be made out, but ensure that they don't stand out from rest of the rubble."
