It has come to my attention that non-faction members have on more than one occasion entered the Prison and disrespected one of our members, even threatened them with death. This will not stand.

Regardless of what may transpire outside of the Prison, this sanctuary of Justice we call home belongs to us. We will not tolerate outsiders coming into our home, spitting on our floors, and threatening our lives.

If any outsider walks into our headquarters, they are subject to Mercykiller Law. If they threaten, assault, trespass, or disrespect you, they are to be told to leave. If they refuse, they are to be detained and the incident to be reported so that their respective factions may send a representative to arrange their release. If they refuse to be detained, then they will be met with the executioner's axe.

We are not a faction for others to walk on. We are the Red Death.
