Several recent articles in the SIGIS rag have been raising barbs against the Mercykiller mandate, and even veered in the direction of outright threats of attack. While the rag should always be taken with  a  healthy grain of salty, I none the less am ordering all personnel to be on alert for any street violence in the Lady's Ward and possible attacks on the Prison itself.
