The dark elf looked surprised. "I wish to see it." Charae closed the door and changed into her armor and collected her weapons. She then left her office and followed the Namer.

"Of course."

His voice quivers and his hands shake, he us excited or nervous, or both. He quickly leads Charae down to the deep cells and stops before a stone cell with a high ceiling. The door is made of cast iron. Whatever is kept in there is big. As he pulls back the viewing slat the dark elf can peer inside. She would see a room in utter darkness only her drow senses allow her to see anything. The very stones are blackened and melted and there are huge gashes torn in the very rock, but the cell itself is empty.

"What creature resides within? A devil? Demon?" The dark elf would wait, knowing she wanted to be present when the prisoner returned.

The Tiefling consults a long scroll and gulps.

"Savalis'barmathis. A Baalor, captured by Justicar Monflaix now Factor Monflix during the blood war. Its punishment is quite unique. It is bound here now not the abyss, should it die it just returns to the cell. It is trapped here for eternity. Except as you can see. It is not."

They have no questions but the tiefling smiles.

"Thank you Justicar. I knew I wasn't barmy."

As Charae gazes into the pitch blackness she is hit with a moment of white hot pain, and then she is struck utterly blind. Her vision slowly returning she would see the source of her agony. A tall winged humanoid shaped flaming figure occupies the cell now. The dark elf's intolerance for bright light and irs sudden appearance in the darkness is unpleasant to say the least. The prisoner has returned.

The blinding light made Charae recoil in pain. The sudden shift made the whites of her eyes red and her head feel as if a spear had punctured it. She hissed and covered her eyes. When the pain subsided, the dark elf looked back at the now occupied cell, her vision a blur of white and red.

Knowing balors could be summoned, Charae had a suspicion who might have been behind the fiend's temporary exodus. "Prisoner, who summoned you?"

The demon rumbles something in abyssal, and then speaks directly into Charae's mind.

"Open the door, step inside and ask me darkling."

The Baalor laughs and stares through the small gap before it steps back from the door as if to make room.

"Very well. You wish to play games?" The dark elf remained where she was. "It seems your jailor has not been thorough enough. Easily rectified with a dimensional anchor, unless you are willing to be more cooperative." Charae smiled. "Or perhaps there is something you want in return?"

The demon laughs again

Meek and timid. As I expected. My jailor was very through. I was sentenced to be imprisoned here only to be called by Monfalix to serve her. A terrible fate. As I told her though she would trip up over all her own laws now she is in Acheron and I am beyond her call. There is another now though."

The demon leers the chaotic seems to enjoy confounding the law.

"I do not know how you would even begin changing my sentence to place down a dimensional anchor and put an end to the worry of her calling me back I will not object. Now we have established I do not fear your threats we have got to bargaining. Tell me my timid darkling. What do you want, and how will you pay for it?"
