The prisoners of Harmonium are taken to questioning one by one today. The room they are taken in is a cold and mostly dark dungeon, lower level of Harmonium barracks. In there is mixture of both Mercykillers and Harmonium members with rather unsympathetic expressions. The prisoners are put to stand in front of the only desk which has couple candles lit and a Harmonium interrogator whom seems to concentrate on scribing down and looking through the documentation. All prisoners are brought in and kept in chains.

A lot of the Cartel members are circulated through the dungeon over the day...
Interrogation of Raven wrote:Interrogation of Raven

Chief Interrogator Karum "The documentation here says that you turned yourself in. Raven, or whichever your real name is. However you do realize that you have been wanted before this war already? For co-conspiring with Hildmor d'Kridis and also threatening life of former prosecutor McStickley. Anything you wish to say about these charges?"

Karum would scribe down to the parchment and then continue "What can you tell about Cartel, its bases of operation, members and Hildmor d'Kridis? A lot of documentation in previous searches had gone missing, where are they kept? Where is Hildmor d'Kridis cloning facility? As we have been informed, we know you to have been chief of guards in the Under Sigil operations."
Interrogation of Mara wrote:Interrogation of Mara

This time Mara is brought infront the chief interrogator Karum. "It says here that you confessed attempted murder of a child and turned yourself in." Karum would set the scroll back on table rather than read from it "Is there anything you want to say for your defense?"

*Doesn't mention any letters gained intentionally...*

Mara looks a moment thinking hard. Was there anything to say? At the time it was the only right course of action. The only way... There was no choice.

But there was another way... They found it. She did not. Her actions were unnecessary. 'at least you have a story' she remembered phantom saying. How was she to be remembered? Only as a villain. The coward. So weak all she could do was kill a young child- and failed even at that.
'best you do something and just hide away' that was the last she heard from Jall. Did I do what was needed for them... I wished to help instead I did this.

She shakes her head. "No"

There was no defense. She had lost enough dignity to even try.

Karum scribes down something briefly then continues "We have received a letter that attempts to defend and justify your actions. However we do not approve with wordings such as 'necessary evil' as it is concept to justify means to an ends. As it would seem you have come to understand as well, regret brought you here, regret made you confess, if there is nothing else you wish to say, you will be handed over to the Bleak Cabal for mental evaluation."

((Italic = Chief Interrogator Karum; Bold = Raven))

"The documentation here says that you turned yourself in. Raven, or whichever your real name is. However you do realize that you have been wanted before this war already? For co-conspiring with Hildmor d'Kridis and also threatening life of former prosecutor McStickley. Anything you wish to say about these charges?"

"Perhaps... I was not involved in any of Hildmor's guilty crimes, and I had more pressing matter to attend to. I am here now, so... Also, please define threatening someone's life. I have been told I am unnerving, but would this truly drive one mad?..." *the interrogator can clearly feel the blackguard's malign aura being focused on him for a brief moment* "... pardon me, but I did not think the Triad recruited people whom are driven insane from a mere malign aura, because other than that, I did not do."

"What can you tell about Cartel, its bases of operation, members and Hildmor d'Kridis?"

"About as much as you know by now... I was never interested in any of the places or people not under my command."

"A lot of documentation in previous searches had gone missing, where are they kept?"

"I have somewhat distanced myself from the group in the last two months, I can't say I know."

"Where is Hildmor d'Kridis cloning facility?"

*laughs*"Gods know, I never knew the bastard had something like that... did you search his stupid ship or tower?

"As we have been informed, we know you to have been chief of guards in the Under Sigil operations."

"I was, yes. But as I said, I have been distanced from this group for the last couple of months due to other business. Was there anything else now, officer?" *she crosses her arms, awaiting patiently.*

Mara nods, and allows herself to be taken with no resistance. Her eyes show curiosity at the thought of a letter claiming 'necessary' evil. If it were necessary though she would feel no guilt at all. Was that normal? She didn't know.

She allowed herself a rest. Finally finding peace.

Mara is transferred to the Gatehouse during same day.

During the time of interrogation of the 'other Raven' different things occur as Karum continues questioning And what are your opinions of the current war between Harmonium and Cartel, on whose side are you? In other words, I wonder why you would turn yourself in since there is absolutely no tactical or strategical advantage of doing so to Cartel cause.

What are your intents and plans from this point onward after you are eventually released?

"Hildmor never deemed it important to heed my warnings, nor did he understand the term of 'patience'... he made this whole war for himself, so I say, let the old bastard have it. I turned myself in since I am not guilty of anything worthwhile, nor do I wish to continue being pestered with some bounty on my head... I am on nobody's side, nor am I getting into anyone's way if that's what you want to hear."

*upon hearing her plans questioned* "I'll return to my current activities, as a mercenary for the Baatezu if you most know."

Karum scribes down further If you remove any loyalties and employeeship with the Cartel we can let you perhaps go early already... not without conditions of course, you are still subject to plenty suspicion.

"You will be regularly checking in with <insert rank and name of willing PC Hardhead, any of thee feel free to just take the position> for the next two weeks, failure to do so and you will be considered subject of bounty once more. If you are seen to co-operate with or assist members of Cartel, you will be considered subject of bounty once more. We also wish to see all the legal documentation of the mercenary group and its members to determine it holds no affiliation with the Cartel.

Any questions?"

If not "Very well, release the prisoner." then she'd be guided to get her trinkets and be let out, although any Cartel insignias or documentations she might've had are confiscated and kept by Harmonium, then she's free.

If yes <insert to become reply> and more or less otherwise same as above unless given reason to change opinion.

Afterwards the chief investigator would release the report of the questionings to Mover Four Jhaenus Korreth which would result to adding a couple Hardheads to keep their distance, but also an eye out for Raven. She might see couple Hardheads glancing at her direction in the Bazaar especially on a succesful roll of spot DC 20. They're not super discreet since they even wear the armors on.
