A note on the general messageboard in the barracks:

Troopers,

I appreaciate the hard work and the eagerness, the way you spread our Faction's ideas

You are the face of our faction, an example of what we believe in and so it is important that you always remember what we are standing for and most important what our mission in Sigil is.

I have seen several banners set up on the Baazaar and while I appreciate the intent I have to ask the officer or officers responsible for them to use this tool sparingly.

One banner might be a good way to show presence, a whole crowd of them will be seen as mere provocation.

Provoking the citizen of Sigil is not our mission. We are here to ensure security and peace, to make Sigil a place where beings can live together in Harmony, under our benevolent, watching eyes and the guidance of the Triad.
