A letter from A8 Guunt from the Fraternity of Law arrives, adressed to the Movers:
wrote: Ladies, Sirs,

as you are aware a major part of the Fraternity of Law's philosophy is the research of Laws, Rules and Axioms as we try to understand how this Multiverse works.

To do this we always need to collect data and this is why I am making this request.

I am invoved in a research project, monitoring the frequencies of portal use in the Cage. We have a few results already and so I was authorized by my superiors to expand the scope of this project.

The portal in the Barrack's couryard is one that sees a lot of use by adventurers and planar travellers alike so it is of course of great interest to us and including it into our project would help us greatly.

If you agree to this proposal we will plant a magical device nearby the portal that tracks the frequency of creatures passing through it. No other data is collected at this stage. Of course we will share the data gathered by this device with the Harmonium and also guarantee that this device will be removed should the Harmonium leadership decide it is the best for the Faction and its interests.

Of course this project has also a more practical use which might be of interest for the Harmonium:
By monitoring the traffic flowing through the portals we can find patterns and any anomaly in said patterns can of course be of interest to us and your own faction as well as it might hint on smuggling activities, refugees arriving, or mercenaries sent into conflicts.
Moving greater numbers of personell or goods into or out of the cage unnoticed will be made hard and later improvements will allow us to collect data about alignment of the passing creatures, too.

If these first stages ae sucessful we plan to expand the scope of the project to encompass all of Sigil which would gain us valuable data and at the same time could be a tool for the Triad to ensure law is upheld in Sigil.
