Powderkegs In The Bazaar

This is my formal statement about the incident in the Bazaar earlier today.
I was sitting in the bazaar today, and a very large ogre was carrying barrels in and dropping them off, one after the other. Khazeet though them to be his latest shipment of wine. Then a group of miners came by, and one of them began commenting about odd dirt that was all over the ground, stating that it smelled like rotten eggs. Knowing this to be a common trait of blasting powder, I realized what was in the barrels and alerted those nearby. The ones known as Whisper and Karn cleared out immediately, and after a few questions so did the miners and Khazeet. I told one of the miners to report tot he barracks to alert you of the situation. I then looked over near the portal to the Gray Wastes and saw Brynn and Kirmira there. I told them to look around the bazaar to see if there were any other barrels around and to keep people out of the bar. When the Harmonium showed up, I told them to move the barrels to the Gray Wastes. At this point, several other people showed up, and everyone seemed to want to take a turn spouting various theories, possibilities and "what if's" about the barrels. Eventually, however, the Harmonium did move the majority of the barrels to the Gray Wastes. One was left int he bazaar, however, because people wanted to poke and prod it. Kirmira and Brynn stood right next to it, several others stood just a few feet away. Kirmira then did something magical, and somehow moved the rune on the barrel onto his cloak, which then immolated. I told him to get away from the barrel. His casual pace away from it wasn't fast enough, and the barrel exploded. While most of the onlookers had wards keeping them protected against fire, some of the Harmonium and miners didn't.
