A Notice On Public Relations.

The letter is sent out Chari's ranking superior and others of his rank
wrote: A Harmonium officer made a wonderful suggestion as to how to handle public
relations with the Sigis newspaper. She is asking if we can have an reporter assigned to
the barracks as a liason to tell the newspaper the Harmonium perspective of different
situations rather than the one pioned viewpoint represented in the paper.Â
It is an effective counter strategy and this allows us the chance to have a voice in public opinion and gives us a chance to let an outside source see how Harmonium operations and day to days tasks are handled.
This is a recommendation that I believe we should captialize one. I wait to hear your response.
