A Formal Demand of Evidence

A formal letter is delivered to the Harmonium's investigation division, with a copy to internal affairs.

On behalf of the victims of the assault, the businesses disrupted, and the Bazaar's overall safety; this is a formal demand of the full and uncensored release of the evidence and records pertaining to Mir Fnar's mass assault and attempted slaughter in the Bazaar two months prior.

After repeated questions to superiors, it was confirmed that the Harmonium have failed to release the information and reports pertaining to this heinous act in a timely manner.  The only official contact has been excuses by Measure Colo Lane for this dangerous individual.

For two months to have passed without release or conversation with the Guvner's on proper prosecution is completely unheard of, especially for the accused to walk free all during this time. Several credible eye-witnesses have already been confirmed of this crime, as are those who claim to have heard the accused readily confess and brag of her crimes.

It is obvious there is no further investigation occurring, nor is there a need of it.

This practice will accept that this grave miscarriage of duty was simply a case of being overlooked, rather than unprofessional measures to protect an official "Investigator" of the Harmonium.

However; if the reports and evidence are not yielded voluntarily, there will be no choice but to subpoena the reports and see the officers responsible for illegal and unethical protection tried for their role in the matter.

Please do not dismiss those concerns, because this practice also has proof of a coverup by the Harmonium to hide one of Mir's previous attempted murders in the Bazaar.  The victim is still living, this office has the names of the officer's which were reported to, proof of the reports, witnesses who recall the incident still years later, and material evidence of the assault.

Again, it is obvious there is no further investigation occurring nor there is need of it.

That incident is not the focus of this request and can wait until a later date, assuming it is not required to establish a trend of purposefully hiding Mir Fnar's crimes.
