wrote: It has come to my attention that some strange scrolls are being distributed, discovered and shifted around the city of doors.  These scrolls are aleged to either summon or perminently banish a great evil of no small power.  While the threat isnt an immediate one we must not pretend it does not exist.

If you see any citizen carrying a scroll of mysterious origin, you are to leave a report to this tab.

Do not attempt to arrest those carrying them, but make sure we keep tags on names and factions.

It is important we know who is aware of this matter and who isnt.
