"I (Merium Pinklily) am filing for an arrest to be made, on one known as Nero Urbane, who will be referred from now on as the defendant, on behalf of ((accusing parties Name krandates char)) from now on referred to as the Plaintiff. The charges, suspicion, and accusation, of murder committed within Proper Sigil. The Plaintiff claims he saw a person matching the details and description of the Defendant fleeing the scene of his recently slain son, To which the Defendant denies all accounts. The Plaintiff was clearly distressed and wanted me to arrest the Plaintiff, I apologized as a Mercykiller arrest is not within my power without a warrant. I'd also suggest a Form 2-17b1a File of Restraining order to be filled Between the Parties the plaintiff and defendant, till which the time of which these Charges has been Resolve
 Under Purgery and Penalty of Law I Merium Pinklily (signed) Testify that the above is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge."
