Sibuna Goodshield is escorted by Zoel into the barracks to give her statement on the arrest of Kaine.
She delivers it short and to the point as thus:
"Today, I treated the adventurer Neelis of a wound in the arm he had suffered. He claimed Kaine had inflicted it. Then Kaine showed up and gleefully admitted to attacking him.
At that point, he attracted my attention and Mercykiller Zoel. He tried resisting arrest until he was stunned.
Kaine is dangerous. He's a living idea, undying and highly resourceful. Be careful with him."
