A list of four badge numbers and the names attached to them makes its way to the office of Internal Affairs, noting their involvement in the alleged robbery and abuse of Hive citizens on the borders of the Hive

Given the situation in the Hive, I thought it prudent to bring these abuses to your attention. Even if the allegations are false, we cannot be seen to be doing nothing in response to such rumors as it might incite further violence and instability.
