Dear Sirs and Ladies of the Harmonium.

This once member of our beautiful faction has been attacked on many occasions with words and much more by one Felicia Erianne and her associate Sara. Reports have already been filed against them for attacking me publically as you know. I may have not been the best Harmonium in the past, but I was given a chance on a new life. I gladly stepped up and faced the challenges of my past. Accepted them and my name... the problems I may have caused. After being told to leave me alone on many oocasions Felicia did not.. this time I was harmed beyond words, nearly forced into a pact to summon a succubus. I humbly request that I am granted protection from the two in a form of a restraining order. I am fearful my life and I know if she finds out I am apart of the living, thanks to the dustmen. She may complete what she thought she has finished. Many thanks to you all.

Please state which laws you believe have been broken. Are you pressing charges? If not, why not? Harmony must be ensured, but we cannot act based only on vague accusations. Do you have witnesses you can bring forth?"

Dear Sirs and Ladies of the HArmonium

I was assualted publically this day by the two women. Felicia and Sara her associate, threaten with my life. Nearly forced into a pact with demon, Verbally harrassed even after Felicia was told by our Factotum to leave me alone. I am fearful I will harmed again by the two women. I fear for my life in this fine city and I know she will attempt to harm me again. Felicia made this clear in a threat she would have me attacked from every shadow within Sigil. A report of the crime will be braught before you soon. And yes I very much am pressing charges on Felicia and Sara, asking for leniency for Sara, she is under contract of Felicia, forced to follow orders of the woman.

Official Report from Suzerain Daudhir:

I stumbled upon an aftermath of what appeared to be a scuffle of some sorts in the streets of Sigil, in the Bazaar. After a brief questioning there, I took two people named Felicia and Sara into the barracks for questioning, and proceeded to file their reports. Following that, I went to the Mortuary and found the secondary party, Sycyla, to which I filed her report as well.

So far I have one witness report with a few to follow, and the full report will be turned in shortly in the future. I have strong reason to believe some sort of bribery took place in this place, as one witness has in fact confirmed, on the parts of those Felicia and Sara.

However for now, it is my strong suggestion that a minimum of a restraining order take place. I believe this request has been put forward by one Sycyla, to which I will give my recommendation for approval.

I shall turn in more detailed reports soon, and any other follow-up reports thereafter.

We understand you have an assignment in Arcadia for a couple of weeks ((In line with your RL post ;) )) so we will seek another to handle the enforcement of the restraining order that will will now enact.

In addition to your response we have recieved further information backing up your claims from an officer of the Harmonium. The restraining order will be approved.

We require your presence at the Barracks to get a full testimony. Also we need all information possible you have on the two who assaulted you so we can circulte their description.

NOTICE IN THE BARRACKS

To all currently unassigned Harmonium officers. We seek an person to act as protection to a citizen while they are under possible duress. When we have confirmation of the crime and full information about the guilty parties you will be assigned to issuing arrest warrants and coordinating with the Guvners and, should it prove necessary, the Mercykillers, in order to bring them to justice.
