"To the measures and movers of the Harmonium.

Recently we commenced operations to determine the identify and deal with a hazard from among our own ranks. In the midst of many high profile operations we are conducting, more information has come to my attention that I believe must be acted on. A recent publication of S.I.G.I.S has made known that the people who publish the news articles have inside sources among the Harmonium that leak information to the S.I.G.I.S journalists. We cannot allow this, one of their authors who reported to the barracks on another matter which has placed him as person of interest to us is being detained and questioned on both matters and he is not being forth coming with the names of sources inside our organization nor is he forth coming with the names of the authors and editors who may have said contacts. He is being held until further notice while these inside sources are identified and dealt with.

I write this classified letter to gain permission to conduct a search and seizure regarding S.I.G.I.S workshops, their known authors/editors and what ever other agents that may contribute to this news article. The code name for this movement will be Operation:Red Ink. The operation will have three phases.

Phase 1:Search and seizure of S.I.G.I.S workships and any and all articles, documents, books, scriptures, etc etc that involve the Harmonium. We would also be wise to seize information regarding the other members of our lawful triad which we will submit to the respective organizations at the end of our investigation, I know this is going to sound contrary to my normal view on things but they recently gave information key to our operations after some of their investigations, if we find any similar sensitive material we should forward it along to them as well.

Phase 2:Detaining all known and discovered reporters, authors, editors etc etc that are responsible for the production of S.I.G.I.S for questioning about any and all sources of information from among the Harmonium ranks, and as stated before if we discover any information regarding the other triads and possible security leaks we will pass the information along to them as needed.

Phase 3: Phase 3 will involve locating the information leaks and detaining all responsible parties, and removing them form active duty for interrogation and possible re-evaluation and conditioning at one of our training camps to remind them what it means to be Harmonium and what we expect from our members.

If approved Phase 1 and 2 can be carried out forth with, I plan on bringing in the new batch of soldiers from epsilon company as they have not been subjected to sigil long enough to have civil unrest groups get their hands on them.

Recently, during the escape attempt of a SIGIS reporter being detained and question for a variety of reasons, significant damage was caused to the Harmonium barracks and several documents have gone missing. The reporter was detained before he could flee the barracks and is being sent to the Guvners for trial and prosecution.

Measure One Cryptbane begins to muster troops after the chaos dies down, most of them from Epsilon Company. He is clearly angry and the red in his blood and his armor seems to boil with every word and every move he makes.

He simple tells the troops and other measures, "If the movers didnt want to approve of operation Red Ink, they sure as hell will now.
