In the barracks Hograth sits barechested at his desk, using a mirror and some dark makeup to cover the tattoo on his back.

It is an oily paste that will be hard to remove again but it should hide the flaming skull well- at least for a day or two.

Pleased with the result he gets up, and slips into a leather jerkin the sleeves ripped off to make place for the half orc's muscular arms. A shirt of maille is following, the rings clotted with dirt and mud.

A curved, short blade is worn on his thigh and he slings a sword which he wrapped in rags to hide its appearance onto his back before he dons a wide, hooded cloak.

He examines his appearance in the mirror, sighs. "Lets get dirty." Leaving his badge and holy symbol in a locked box he heads out into the hive.

Back in his office Hograth sits down immediately- not caring about the dirt clinging to his boot or the stench and mud that is still smeared over his clothes.

He washes his hands however- a report is an official document and so it has to be tidy.

Preparing a fresh sheet of paper he dips his quill into the ink and starts to write:

Sir,

my scouring and reconnaissance  mission into undersigil was sucessful.

I was able to find a hidden section of tunnels which are under Anarchist control (See Appendix I, Map). After neutralizing a guard I was able to infiltrate the complex sucessfully.
The password phrase used was 'What is the key of life' with the answer being 'Anarchy'. Traps were set mostly in the middle of the corridors and I encountered both electrical and pyrotechnical devices.

Questioning the present anarchists revealed that they are trading with the Doomguards and later I witnessed a conversation betwenn an Anarchist Alchemist called MARKOS and an unknown Doomguard woman (probably a Doomlord) and her two guards. She seems to be touched by the planes as I noticed a tail.

The doomguards delivered several barrels full of alchemical substances (see the sample attached) which were mixed and filled into bottles by said alchemist and deliveries of weaponry was mentioned as well. An interesting detail is that the Anarchists are lacking money and were not able to pay for the goods fully, causing the Doomguards to threaten the Anarchist with lethal consequences.

Checking the tunnel the Doomguards used to leave the place I encountered heavy wards of many natures so I do not advise our teams to ever take this way before this wards have been thoroughly analyzed.

I suggest to move quickly to prevent the Anarchists to prepare more of this substance but I also advice caution as a raid might cause this substance to react which might lead to unknown consequences.
Also I suggest that the team includes a mage and a healer as well as am able alchemist to deal with this hazards.

Hograth Thorn, Notary III, Harmonium

Finishing this letter he writes a second one with the same content to be sent to the Harmonium's Guvner allies, addressed to Administrator Arnders herself.

Then he splits the sample he found into three parts, putting each into a potion bottle.

One is sent with the letter to Mover Cass, one to the Guvners, the third he brings to the the Harmonium's Alchemist's himself, asking them for a quick analysis and an eyes only report to be delivered to him.

Only now he takes his time to wash himself and change into fresh clothes. Then he delivers the letter to Cass' office personally before heading over to the Courts to deliver the second to the Administrator.

Harmonium alchemists check the substance putting it through a battery of tests. It seems to be a highly flammable and explosive mixture, they are no going through case files to see if the mixture was ever used during an Anarchist activities.

As well, Mover Cass quickly assembles his best men, making sure the include the personnel mentioned by Hograth. They swiftly and silently. The rests will be made avaible to Hograth and the others within a few days time
