Nero Urbane, member of no-faction wanted to inquire me about, I quote, "a few issues" about the Harmonium.

He was concerned about our recruitment posters and standard in the middle of the bazaar and deemed to imply there where an open provocation. He said that the harmonium has never been welcome in the bazaar. He promptly said that we aren't welcome anymore in the bazaar and that it isn't, I quote : "our place". He continued his rant against us until I told him his objection was noted.

He finally made a official complaint about the officer Vale Reynolt for, I quote : "harassing a Bazaar shopper, cornering her, badgering her and inciting agitation among the woman in question and several others that came to her defense." The woman in question is called Etzy and the people coming to her defense where Nyrralah, Rond and a dragon called Vrakoth.

He then continued about rumors of us willing to establish a presence in the Hive. He then asked me to, I quote, "Remind my officers what happened last time we tried such. The anarch will never allow us into the Hive without it coming to war I was there last time." I'll indeed leave to a superior officer, how to interpret these words.

When I called him "citizen" he reminded me of his name and showed me a badge that is granted to cooperating third parties. Then claimed this badge was given to him by the Measure Blackthorne and claimed himself "Consultant Inspector". He then wished to remind us "politely" to not outer-pass our boundaries and then added that we are, I quote, "a necessary component of any civilization".

He was polite during all the conversation, after the report, he did a few attempt to get my personal opinion on the matter. I only told him that what should be done, will be done. He then tired to make me acknowledge that our faction has outer-passed its limit, I of course told him that I had no comments to share on the current matter. He then tried to tease me asking, if I'd be able to speak my mind when I'll be off duty and insisted until his proposal for a dinner got accepted. After having sought advice from Measure Chari whom was present, I decided I'll indeed attend to his dinner and access how much he's willing to get the favors of a member of the harmonium and if this can be potentially dangerous.

Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention.  To address your concerns I am satisfied that The Bazzar is policed to an appropriate level and that our recruitment policy is in accordance with Sigil's laws on the matter.  With regards to citizen Urbane's badge as the third party in question is not currently cooperating with any investigation I am revoking it.
