We have recently received word of Anarchist sympathizers active in The Great Bazzar.  Namely a grey haired human male in his middle ages.  Although he is not to be considered a threat or dangerous however should he be seen to be displaying subversive material such as a Revolutionary League Banner or badge he is to be fined the offending material confiscated and a written report of the incident made.
