Destruction Of Property

Harmonium Officials,

Not a week ago, my subordinates came to me claiming that the elf known as Nienna illegally defaced and destroyed property belonging to the Red Death. Specifically, she claimed to have legal authority over the bazaar and destroyed a display gallows the Red Death placed there as a monument to discourage theft in the bazaar. She threatened the Namer with violence as well, who was only doing his job. Rumors speculating that it was for some public execution are inflated and completely absurd. The Namer that reported to me claimed she also cited an unwritten law and that the Indeps had authority over the bazaar.

I would like to press the following charges if her actions are not truly in line with the law.

Destruction of Property
Misleading Authorities
Dangerous Behavior

If, however, my subordinates acted against some obscure agreement and did indeed violate the law by setting up a harmless display to assist in enforcing the Harmony of the Clerk's Ward, please contact me and I will deal with it accordingly.

Christopher sighs and drafts two messages.

One letter is addressed to the Mercykiller Charae acknowledging her claim and informing her that she will be called upon once the matter is investigated.

The other is sent on its way to a certain someone, such matters are delicate and despite the fact that he is a "hard head" he decides this matter is best approached first with a tiny bit of tact before the Harmonium drops a massive hammer.
