An offer from an Experienced soldier of Order

To whom it may concern in the Hierarchy of the Harmonium
I am Shamus Inodine and I have a proposal for you.
For the past year and more I have watched your noble organization do what it can to instill order in this city. I have seen you combat chaos as best you can given the tools you have and with the restraints placed upon you. One place, in particular, that you have met the most resistance is the Hive. I may be able and willing to aid you with this problem.
Before I get to ideas and suggestions, allow me to offer you a brief look into my credentialsÂ… all of which can be verified via delving into my memories for which I will willingly permit via magic.
Before I came to your city I lived on a Prime world named Anitonica. There I headed up what was referred to as the Dominion. It was a military based society not unlike your own. We strove for Order and lawÂ… good and evil were irrelevant. This Dominion covered many cities and thousands of square miles of territory. It was of my initial creation. I had taken an otherwise corrupted society, seized it with loyal armies of Order and recreated it in a sound and strong fashion. It was unmatched in strength and integrity. The people were cared for and defendedÂ… We had Order.
It was only upon the destruction of our world that I was forced to abandon it and come here.
I am no mere initiate to Order nor to combat or ability. With both Blade and Spell I have trained for thirty seasons and am able to cast all spells in my arsenal fully armed and armored without the need to remove steel to ensure full power. I also have limited power over undead to combat those entities that pollute the streets at night.
I would like to apply that knowledge and experience in an attempt to bring a sense of Order to the Hive.
What I offer is to join your movement, your faction, and use my experience to bring the Hive, or as much as possible, under control. I am no patrolman. My days of walking through streets issuing citations have long since passed. I am an officer. I am a leader of men. I do not bow to threat. I do not negotiate in fearÂ… I will not be corrupted. I know what mercy meansÂ… but rarely do I apply it undeservedly. One must learn to respect the lawÂ… to respect Order. Mercy comes to those who learn this.
My intent would be to completely restructure the current system of the Harmonium presence in the Hive. It would be a cooperative effort with both the Fraternity of Order and the Mercykillers. I would have at least one representative ((PC)) of each of these two factions on site to facilitate quick trials and punishmentsÂ… without the need to transport Law breakers to the LadyÂ’s ward unless their punishment is deemed to be imprisonment. I would expect the representatives of these factions to be professional in their intent and viewÂ… I have little need for pettiness and cruelty.
I will submit a more detailed restructuring idea should my offer interest you.

((((Basically IÂ’ve been looking for something to do with this Char for months and months. HeÂ’s an old char from my NwN1 days. Both Liquid and Rust can vouch for any historical references you want to consider. IÂ’ve just really been interested in trying to bring together a force using the big three factions. A partnership of sorts but have been unable to find a direct reason to. I think something like this would be that reason. Not everyone would want to be assigned to the HiveÂ… what with all the assassinations of officers and violence. This might be a great way to stir some more interest in these three factions and those factions that might be affected.)))
