Two encounters with Corwyn Lux today and the man called Phantom.

Phantom: Hello Charles, is Roland around?
Corwyn: *stood there observing that everything is done properly*
Phantom: *sets a whip to the counter* Tell him there's a lolthite running around town attacking people. *he pulls one of snake heads off of his chest, and sets down with rest of the whip*
Phantom: Black armor, black shield, red eyes, fresh from the underdark. Tell him I'll be keeping an eye on her. And give his boss my regards. *turns at Corwyn* Satisfied?

Corwyn: Hold on... also there was at least two witnesses besides you and me. *looks at Phantom* The halfling and the other drow. In-case they want more information.
Phantom: No need to drag them into it. They were just innocent bystanders. Truth be told, I've given more informaiton than they can, as I've been watching that one.
Corwyn: What I heard is practiclaly description to every female drow in my Prime from the sound of the stories. *he shrugs*
Phantom: Fair enough. *turns back at the Harmonium* This is also the one who attacked Kelth in the Bazaar yesterday. Also, she put a slave collar on that blond lass, Willow. The situation was resolved, but they are not too pleased with her. You have all the leads you need to follow this up.
Phantom: Also, tell Amaku, we need to talk. *turns at Corwyn* Anything you'd like to add?

Corwyn: *steps up to speak for himself* I will explain what I've witnessed also, yes.

I cam in the situation late. I was intending to walk by, but I saw what appeared to be group of people having quite heated argueing. Two drow, the one that was described and another whom is Eilistraeean, unless I misunderstood.

Phantom: An'aroluth
Corwyn: Also halfling. From what I had gathered, the Lolthite drow was stripped of her whip by this man here. *indicating at Phantom* Which did not sit well with the drow, she demaded her weapon to be given back. A peaceful resolution was suggested by An'aroluth.

It was not taken, the Lolthite assaulted him after An'aroluth and the halfling had left the scene with a mace. I responded to it by attempting to knock her out, I failed, but she finally gave up and accepted to walk away and the hostilities was ceased for now. Which brings us here with the evidence produced.

If further information is wanted. You can ask Corwyn Lux, Envoy of Heironeus. I can't help much more, but I will do what I can. *inclining his head*

The two left after this...

Shortly after however...

Yet again Corwyn Lux enters the Barracks with his concerns. This time a drow female wounded in the back of her foot, and bleeding from the face is brought also by a grey armored man with black fullface helmet and goes by name Phantom.

The seemingly unconscious drow was placed to the table and then taken to the holding cells.

Phantom: And here she is. It looks like she just tried to attack Hildmor. I only caught the tail end of it, when she took a swing at him, and he knocked her out with a boot to the face.

The situation for now was over, soon later Salhistra came out, but she had a Harmonium tag-bracer on her arm. Bailed until trial. Corwyn requested to talk with her in private, and soon they went to more discreet part of the Barracks, quickly shutting door after to make sure no third party member ears were there to listen. Later they came out, a mutual distaste to one and another was quite obvious, but it made Corwyn head to give out full report to the Harmonium.

Corwyn: The drow is truly one of Lolthite, unused to the ways of the Sigil. I expect more trouble out of her, unless she is given proper teaching of the ways of Sigil. If I may suggest for the court purposes, I would suggest that she is to be freed in one condition, that she is to walk for set times length under guardianship with another Sigil person, whom is to teach them the way of Sigil, and if she fails to learn and go by the set terms of court. Then prison time.

Her whip was removed by Phantom, as she has assaulted several citizen with it, this is a cultural thing where a male gender member disrespects the females I believe. Still entirely unacceptable for the laws of Sigil, I try not to defend her by any means, but I will make sure everything is noted objectively. She mentioned the whip means much to her as it belongs to her 'house', I have no thoughts of that, but she should be disarmed until she learns the way of Sigil is my stern belief.

What happened with Hildmor was that apparently this Hildmor demanded her to be silent, she cast a spell, light, which for court purposes is to be mentioned is not lethal against humans. She was stabbed in her leg at that instant. It is to be believed that a halfling did this, due to the height of the wound. This one apparently sounded similar to the halfling I mentioned earlier, a green armored small halfling female with green mask and red brown-red hair. I don't know the name. What is known for certain is that it was a female halfling.

After this, the drow attempted retaliating strike at Hildmor, but failed and she was put down by boot of Hildmor in the face. Which brings us here.
