((same story as last two lectures. Mostly for DemonicResonance and CaptV, but others can chime in too.))

Sigil and Beyond

The last of the three lectures is still taking place within the Arcadia, despite it revolving around quite a bit of Sigil. The crowd taking part of it is significantly also smaller, only twenty participants, in what seems to be a museum like space. The lecturer also is quite different, a rogue modron (quodrone), given red Harmonium symbol paintings. The eyes scans through the participants quickly and moves on to the lecture. The tone of the contraption is quite mechanical and artificial sounding

[size0]*soft clicking sound* First contact protocol: Greetings, I am Law and Order, Measure five of the Harmonium. [size0]*soft clicking sound* Initiating lecture protocol... [size0]*soft clicking sound* Statement: Day 27 of Nihilum, year 127 of Hashkars Reign.... Subject: Sigil and Beyond by Harmonium. [size0]*soft clicking sound*

The modron walks through the museum space into a miniature of a large mountain on top of which is ring shaped city. [size0]*soft clicking sound* Analysis: Small scale replica of Sigil exterior. City of Two hundred and fifty three thousand, one hundred and five. Population division thirty six point five four four percent human. Twenty point four six six planetouched. Other popular species consists of elves, halflings both in rough estimation of nine to ten percent each. Remaining species consists of twenty three to twenty five percent division of around the multiverse. Number of visitors daily varies from one hundred to one hundred thousand. Temporal citizen varies from ten thousand to one hundred thousand. Ruled by Lady of Pain. [size0]*soft clicking sound*

The statistics slowly are left aside as it starts to get more theory. Query: How many has been in Sigil by now? As the results are being shown either by voice or hands held up the modron quickly calculates the results. Ninety five percent. Near maximized efficiency... initiating Harmonium role informing protocol... [size0]*soft clicking sound* ... initiating... initiating... [size0]*sudden cruching sound emitted then couple high pitched screeches which quickly ceases* Error, protocol corrupted, initiating secure back up. [size0]*soft clicking sound*

Harmonium role in Sigil: Un-like usually the Harmonium is forced to co-operate under other organizations, however would one fall, we will continue efficiently without them. Also many opposing factions that rebel against our rule. Logical conclusion: Capture and trial through Fraternity of Order. [size0]*soft clicking sound* Statement: Our purpose does not alter despite co-operation with other Factions. We brings peace and order, with or without the other Factions. We are Harmonium, regardless of allies or enemies. [size0]*soft clicking sound*

Comparison: Here we are the sole rulers. We are soldiers, jury, judges and executioners. In Sigil we are soldiers. Fraternity of Order are the judges and jury. Mercykillers are the executioners. [size0]*soft clicking sound* Speculations: Calculation of common belief, the Harmonium opinion is at sixty eight point seven three two certain the role of Harmonium in Sigil will take approach to more dominant.

The modron now moves towards small miniature that seems to shape the multiverse in a confusing shape of diamond where different solid platforms in the diamond presents different planes. Point of View: Multiplanar role of Harmonium. Same rules everywhere. Jurisdiction, limitless. Where Harmonium stands, Harmonium rules apply. [size0]*soft clicking sound* Contradiction: Sigil. Harmonium, not in charge of laws, Harmonium in Sigil abide Fraternity of Order laws and jurisdiction limited to Sigil. [size0]*soft clicking sound* Contradiction two: Off-duty; No jurisdiction. Emergency protocols possible.

[size0]*soft clicking sound* Critical statement: Testing in progress, prepare for imminent query, you have fourty seconds to reply. Answers given verbally. Subject one... [size0]*soft clicking sound* and people were asked forth one by one in alphabetical order different sets of questions.

Xasaria felt clumsy today. After having been beaten up by that damned monk a couple of days back her mind was a little foggy.

She tried her best to answer the questions but even she had to admit, she could do better today, her mind was totally cursing herself.

It had been a rough couple of days for Klaud and it showed. Things didn't seem to be going right today and even his decade of Harmonium service couldn't get his mind through the lecture.

When the names were called Klaud muttered a quiet prayer under his breath and hoped for the best.

Alathra noted one particular part with a small smile on her face. The part with limitless jurisdiction - she knew quite a few people that would protest to that. She was not naive enough to believe that she could actually pull it off without some serious muscle. Still, it was a good thing to know that her faction could and would back up whereever she might end up, fighting the good fight.

She chuckled to herself and fell back to listening to the Modron. They were a strange type of creature, so alike the plane they hailed from. Still, she did not always appreciate the conformity to laws, in whatever form. There were those out there who simply wanted to follow the laws because they could abuse them - if the laws allowed that, the laws were wrong. With this in mind, she put her pencil to the table, beginning her test.

Also, she's an able learner.

For some reason every time I tried to edit the former post, it timed out. So here it is. :)

((*approves the quantity of 1s rolled in this test xD*))

Xasaria
Though she had the knowledge and the training to know the answers, the test went absolutely terribly. Her head was just simply blank when things were asked, a couple things still popped out to save the day for her, but still the result was anything but graceful. Passed: C+ [/li]
Klaud
To Klaud things came initially naturally, the test seemed quite clear, but perhaps it was just a bad day since the things just didn't seem to be remembered properly the test was passed, but it wasn't anything to be proud of. Passed: C [/li]
Alathra
Like to many earlier the questions just came too surprisingly and she got a brain freeze during the process, many simple questions even got passed that way. She passed, but the result definitely was not one of the best handled ones. Passed: B- [/li]
((And that's the last of them, hope you enjoyed. I'll drop a tiny alignment shift towards lawful for you lot and small boost of experience. Enjoy!))
