Salutations,

I am going to request that Notary Xasaria is dismissed from duty, effective immediately. She has proven herself unworthy of the uniform, and disrupts the peace in Sigil more than anyone else at any given time, by threats to all, attempted arrests for insignificant and irrelevant behaviour, even a dark elven child attempting to show appreciation for the Notary.

Furthermore, she openly questioned the goals and methods of the Harmonium in the public, undermining the very trust that myself and the other notaries who frequently patrol the Bazaar have built up over the course of the last few months. She singlehandedly destroyed every percieved view on the Harmonium in the eyes of the public, making them more likely to align themselves with the Revolutionary League as they now despise the Harmonium as oppressors instead of a policing force.

Finally, she obeyed the orders of the local mobster who continually evades our spotlight, Hildmor d'Kridis, making me question her true loyalty to the Harmonium.

If this request is granted, I offer myself to bring her in for questioning and re-education, along with witnesses to her behaviour.

Having read yer and notary Xasarias reports, I have decided to place both of ye into disciplinary re-educational course in Arcadia for the next three days, effective immediate.

You are to take part in lectures:

Harmonium: Duty and Etiquettes
A course that details how one is to perform within duty at all times.

Harmonium: Locals and Behavior
A course which details how the Harmonium acts with the locals and the co-operative allies, or hostiles.

Harmonium: Sigil and Beyond
This course details what it is to be a Harmonium Officer within the Sigil, and details our purpose in multiplanar scales.

If you fail to visit or re-graduate the re-educational courses, you will be placed under sabbatical leave until you manage to go through the courses.

((I'll see if I get some time from my school to make each lecture in forums detailing what occurs and put some "conditions" for the tests to determine the score for the tests ;) you don't need to know stuff for real, this will be a tad dice, alignment and such gaming.))
