I attempted to apprehend one suspected fugitive Jach Sensbane in the market today when a known troublemaker "Rith" interfered with my work with the use of smokebombs and shapechanging. I am thus pressing charges against Rith for disorderly conduct, reckless endangerment and interfering with an arrest. It should also be noted that Jach Sensbane is still at large.

Arrest Rith for disturbing peace and disrupting Harmonium arrest. Take him to one of the holding cells and inform everyone that he's a shapechanger, so for no sodding reason are anyone without my explicit orders letting anyone away of cell he'll be placed in, he's to be placed in cell with no other prisoners.

I ain't wanting a sodding incident inside my barracks by some sodding trickster whom might get ideas.

As for Jach Sensbane, ignore him, he's relieved of any questioning. That air head ain't in mental condition of revealing any information we might require of the case of Sensbanes and Zadara. I will see if I can question him personally, but at current moment he's useless.

Apprehension of the suspect Rith resulted in failure, we need a master sneak-hunter to keep him from slipping off. Apparantly he can disappear into thin air or some nonsense.
