Chari reads the notice and winces. She knows Fargul likes to disrupt the peace, but Jiro is new to her. Evidence like this will be good in the future for character references to be used in court. She pens a letter and has it delivered to Purity Sunshine

Dear Measure One Chari honey,
I interviewed Faer'Chik Hed'Uran, colloquially known as "Gem", and the facts as she describes them are as follows:
1) To whit, both Fargul and Jiro jointly brought a statue into the Bazaar and upon arrival started to exchange heated words and a fight broke out.
2) To whit, "Gem" reported that it was Fargul who made the first physical assault.
3) To whit, Jiro laid Fargul low with a spell, and after which he raised him and a second fight commenced, which Fargul once again initiated.
4) To whit, it appears that Fargul being the initiator of the attacks should be arrested forthwith and face trial for disturbing the peace and possibly several other crimes.
5) To whit, it appears that Jiro should be called in to explain his actions in using offensive spells in the marketplace and an appropriate punishment set.
6) To whit, it appears there were others present during the event in question, an Orc named Jugra was present and should be questioned to confirm the sequence of events.
Additional.
"Gem" also wishes to press charges against the aforementioned Jiro. Jiro apparently made death threats against her, stating that he will kill her the next time he sees "Gem" outside of Sigil. This was witnessed by and testified against by one Kara Exile, a well known Paladin and individual worthy of trust.
It is recommended that an arrest warrant is Jiro is made for Jiro, and that "Gem" be called in to set an appropriate punishment for Jiro in return for the fear and anxiety induced.
((Ok Toothdecay... do it.... Jiro is going to scream long and hard over this punishment ;-) ))

- [i]Hi! I, Faer'Chik Hed'Uran, would like to press charges on individual named Jiro, a halfling male, for threatening my safety while I would travel in the Planes, the threatening occurred within Sigil borders and in middle of the Great Bazaar, I am rather certain such threat is uncalled for and unallowed against a citizen of Sigil. It would be beneficial to this Jiro to go through course of anger management.
