Internal Memo - Concerning The Scrolls Of Mnemur

The following memo is circulated among the ranks of the Harmonium, signed by Factol Sarin himself.
It has come to our attention that large collections of the artifacts known as the Scrolls of Mnemur may be making their way into the city once again.
Please be aware that these scrolls, in large numbers, have been known to influence the actions of their owners to the detriment of public order and harmony. If you are in possession of any scrolls, hand them over at once to your superior. If you find anyone in possession of the scrolls, strongly encourage them to hand them over for the good of the community.
