Attacker: ((provides description of Mierett as a Fire Gensai))
Victim: familiar of Itzalia Echtelios
Crime: animal cruelty, attack of a familiar (which endangers the spell caster)
Incident: the accused turned and without provocation, kicked the sable familiar across from the booth of Trevor Goodfellow. The incident was witnessed by Taria Ju'ein, Owen Belfort and Drak'Har Melek'Ha.
