*Yssernthus walks in to the Barracks*
I would like to file a report of assault with intent to kill. I had opened an unlocked door while in a leopard cub form and Nienna loosed several arrows at me immediately. Had I not been a druid of the skill I am, it would have quite easily killed me. This is quite indicative of her character, she has threatened to kill, and very likely killed many people in the past for lesser slights.
Now, where might I get this formalized?

Yssernthus has to wait quite a bit a silent but polite namer was offering him a seat on a small wooden bench.
After about thirty minutes Shawin enters, wearing Harmonium armour but no helmet.

Our patrols will be informed about the incident and all wtnesses will e invited to testify as well.
As soon we have the identity of the fiend I will invite it to the barracks to be questioned as well and failing this an arrest warrant will be issued.
