Striding into the foyer of the Barracks with a sharp nod offered to each officer passed, a dull -thud- echoed in the hall's central chamber for the small stack of paperwork that found it's placement upon the sturdy counter of reception. Within, one would find completed forms in addition to cover letter expressing concern for the actions of one of the factions own.
wrote:To Whom it May Concern,

I, Odette Vieuxpont, write on behalf of the Reforged Blades as a voice for it's people and allies to lodge official complaint against the Namer Junathoraxus of House Hiromo for the following breaches in protocol: Mental torment of the Indep prisoner Altair of Karasuthra through mind-affecting powers, interference in the duties assigned to the Red Death, desertion of duty whilst transporting prisoner, assisting in the premature execution of prisoner to be interrogated as dictated by Factor Dace Andor of the Red Death, acting outside the jurisdiction of rank without clearance, release of a prisoner (Altair of Karasuthra), disregard for faction uniform when on duty. (Felonies; 1.5. Indictable Offenses; 2.1, 2.2, 2.4, 2.6. Summary Offenses; 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3)

Namer Junathoraxus is not only unfit to carry out his duties as an active member of the Harmonium but likewise illicites and entices dangers where solution may have been found. While it is not in my power to speak on behalf of those whom are directly affected by such, namely Factor Dace Andor and the involvement of the Mercykillers and the actions of the Harmonium themselves, I write as a united voice for the people and with it produce a list of names and letters of those whom would agree with such.

Not only is this Namer a discredit to your cause, but the stupidity of his actions have resulted in the very real possibility that certain facts (motivations, allies, guilt etc) will never come to light due to his careless disregard for order and protocol; taking it upon himself to deal with captive, rather than have him delivered to the barracks as stated, thus taking upon the role and responsibilities of the Mercykillers to dispense what he sought to invoke as "True Justice". In doing such, the Namer is directly guilty of deliberately flaunting and manipulating the bounds of the law by moving an arrested prisoner off plane for his own judgement, rather than allowing the Mercykiller's to do their job and present any and all findings in a court of law.

As one whom bled and watched others bleed in assault to see the prisoner stayed from the hands of Khelek Ba and the Winter Fey, under the pretense he would be taken in for questioning, the very notion is unacceptable and a betrayal to those whom would place their trust in the Triad.

Such actions are a poor representation of harmony when the only seeds the dragon seems capable of sewing are those of discord. We, the undersigned and attached, implore that official action be taken in the wake of such via investigation of aforementioned namer with the intention that such actions, if found to be evidenced, result in discharge from ranks lest his actions bring about further disruption, trauma and loss of assets.

Strength and honor,
Odette Vieuxpont.
(( As discussed ICly and by word of mouth, those whom wished to add their names to the letter/anyone willing can do so below and/or attach their own letters in bundle if need be. It is assumed these letters were passed on as a whole once signed.))

When the paper ended up on Notary III Ta'Kan desk, she immediately decided to have a talk with the said offender.

The Factol requests Junathoraxus prepare for a meeting in two days with the Factol, In the mean time he is assigned to simply guard duty and informed to find Red armor when on duty. Anyone who looks into the charges would also notice it was the Factol him self who signed Altair's release and not Junathoraxus.
