It had been a long day for Cratten. Productive, but long day. He had lingered awake longer than usually, yet really used very little of his spiritual capabilities. With his late mannerism, he once more took out the small ring to roll it on his hands in slow thoughtful pace, staring to the space as he does...
It had been long day indeed...
first arresting Khazeet and fighting against the orcs whom resisted...
then negotiating with Khazeet for a deal...
only to end for the entire ordeal with Marius kidnapping Ixia...
hiring just about any mage capable, breaking to Ixias room to get materials for divination spells through all the traps...
and then a visit in ethereal plane for further evidences...
...only to slowly fall to sleep on his desk with the ring falling to the floor...

After keeping up his "sagged and broken man act" all the way to reading the latest S.I.G.I.S. headlines, he quickly ceased and cleaned himself up. Muttering: "Huh. already?... Well guess if I'll mention betrayal, Dom will be more inclined to testimony for protection..." he smirked, perhaps this could work for the advantage of the legal case as well. After he penned the reply to the S.I.G.I.S. he considered a moment, got up and walked to the cell section to watch at Hildmor. Smug smirk on his face index finger and thumbs pointed out at Hildmor from both hands. "Nice move!" is all he says and winks, then moves along, seemingly entirely satisfied with himself. He savoured the moment as he returned back to his duty.

At the time, Hildmor was reading the latest SIGIS issue. As Cratten walks by, he hums softly, tilting his head and goes back to reading...
"Not exactly unexpected..." - he thought. "Heh, no early check-mate, the game shall go on..."

After Cratten gets the word of Evrin McStickly being brought to the Barracks, he quickly sets a makeshift cell out of the current cell block, actually it's just old storage room that is emptied... he'd set meeting protocols such as permission to meet him goes only through him, and the notaries guarding the door have liberty to arrest anyone trying to go through without his explicit order. Anyone. By the door there is to always be two notaries keeping watch, they are given order to disregard any disturbance around the Barracks and only concentrate in securing the prisoner Evrin McStickly. Other Harmonium will take care of other matters.
(Feel free to halt at any moment or butt in at some points, I'm just making this kinda one lot of text to hasten process if nothing interesting occurs in middle)
Cratten would himself go personally meet Evrin McStickly, with him is couple parchments. He wears no armor this time as he enters, and he'd bring couple cups of tea one for each, due to latest publishing of corruption, Cratten allows Mashanie whom arrested Evrin to begin with to join in. "Greet ya McStickly, long time no see." he smiled wryly "I ain't knowing how much ye know of things going while ye were in the keeping of our Measure Blackthorne, but what ye need to know is that we've got proofs against ye. Ye took bribes to alter the trial outcome, that be quite bad corruption if ye ask me. We've got eye witnesses and we've got Khazeets written testimony ye can take a look at..." he'd offer a paper copy of Khazeets testimony at McStickly...
"Ye see, we've got a bit of situation here. Ye're a small lemure in pack of fiends, so I be giving ye a chance. If ye make us a written testimony, and promise to testify in the becoming trials, we'll give ye full pardon, although ye'll be removed from the lines of Guvners. Then ye can go off to any backwater plane ye had intents to leave at.
Or..." he started and let the anticipation linger in the air that bit longer, taking sip from his cup "We can prosecute ye, ye'll be stuck in the prison likely. What do ye think the Mercykillers do to those whom betray legal system they've sworn to uphold? And will ye really enjoy yer time in the prison with possibly at least a couple of Hildmors goons looking to silence ye... so what do ye say?"
