Letter to Mover Dalston:
It has come to my attention that a blood named Mazrim have been conducting unlawful practices in the cage involving mind domination and soul entrapment, aswell as running a cult of some kind, sharing his methods.
I do not have solid proof as of yet, but i will be conducting an investigation into the matter to see if there is any basis for the disturbing rumors i have been hearing.
