To the Factors.
During my first rotation, I witnessed a brutal killing by a man later identified as Caesar. He brutally murdered a woman named Paragon and proceeded to try to goad a nearby monk into an act of violence. I was forced to magically detain Caesar but he escaped my mundane attempts to shackle him. I thought him a shadow dancer at first but I was later provided information by Colo Lane who responded to the scene that the man known as Caesar has been dead for sometime. This leads me to suggest that it is a copy cat, or more then likely a ghostly echo or shade of the criminal.
I suggest pairing up our patrols with a wizard from our magical forces, our martial soldiers are top of the line but against such a creature divine and arcane magic is our best line of defense..and offense.
The woman he killed has been raised to life and her wounds tended by myself and our physicians in the infirmary and is doing well.
I have no further information on Caesars were abouts.
