A notice posted on the Barracks news-board:
A prisoner escaped last night during a transfer from the Barracks to the Prison via one of the Undersigil tunnels.
Kaori Suzume was literally wrapped in chains from head to toe and being escorted by 4 of our finest. All 4 officers describe walking one moment, then getting up from the floor the next - finding the chains unbound and on the ground, while one of the officers' uniform and badge were stripped. None of the officers had any idea of how much time had passed, but they all woke with severe headaches. Investigation indicates that Psionics were involved.
Check EVERYONE's badge as they enter or while you're on patrol! Anyone holding Namer Mugiel's badge is to be arrested immediately - you are authorized to use lethal force.
