On the subject of Assault in the Foul Olde Spirit Inn as reported by Nienna and Yssernthus.
Witnesses questioned: See appendix IIa for a full list and their testimonies.
My investigations lead to the conclusion that the whole case is a matter of misunderstandings, threats that were spoken too easily and a willingness to use lethal force too easily.
While both Nienna and Issernthus speak about attempts on their life the third involved person, Lucelle, agreed with what most witnesses said- that threats spoken towards her by Nienna lead to two of her friends trying to gain access to the room where she and Nienna were conversing.
These attempts lead to an escalation of violence which resulted in some injuries on both participants and a total of 25.000* jink in damage to the inn.
