A detailed dossier is left on the measures and movers desks. The document contains very detailed reports about each and every member of one of the Harmoniums newest batch of soldiers part of a new detachment called Epsilon Company, it has been no secret that Measure One Cryptbane has been paying very special attention to this group of soldiers which he discovered during his measure training and initiation in the Harmonium camp on Arcadia. Measure One Cryptbane is as devoted as they come, though he has likely caused some of the higher ups headache and yes perhaps abit of annoyance by his constant insistance that the time has come to put the Harmoniums foot down and clean house (and the city). He is learning to look at the big picture, but his opinions on the matter havent changed much.
Recently Notary Lucia reported that many Harmonium went missing from their planned patrol routes.
Well...this isnt the first time this has been reported.
Along with the Notarys recent report measure one cryptbane adds and highlights many incidents where Harmonium soldiers have been strangely absent from patrol routes, especially ones deemed of critical importance.
With one exception, the members of Epsilon company that the measure has been assigning to various patrols around the city. They are proving to be dedicated to the Harmonium cause, and so far have proven to be unyielding to confrontation and hard to jostle into rash actions by the populace of the city and those who wish the Harmony of Sigil disrupted, "a true hardhead" company if there ever was one.
With the increase in soldiers missing from reports measure one submits a letter to the higher ups with the dossier of each and every company member, about two hundred in total and their exemplary training scores and dedication to the Harmonium cause.
The letter suggests that all of the soldiers that have failed to adhere to their assigned routes be pulled from the field immediatly and questioned in detail about their actions and where about's and that they be sent back to arcadia for "reconditioning and reminding of what it means to be harmonium". The letter also states that Epsilon company is fully ready for activation and implimentation and is very capable of filling in the gaps of the soldiers being "cleaned up and polished".
