(((lockdown timeline aside due to conflicting threads)))

Shamus walks into his superiors office and after formalities of office, drops the bounty offer for Mauric on his desk.

“In what capacity is this the realm of the Mercykillers? This fugitive belongs to us… not the Red Death. He has yet to face trial. Are we now permitting lesser factions to step within our realm and arrest fugitives? With all due respect, Sir, even having them post open bounties on Harmonium prisoners and fugitives gives the view that we cannot handle this ourselves. We have several teams of hunters. This should be their task not that of the Red Death. Let the Mercykillers have the scraps of those already tried and broken.”

As Shamus enters his superiors office he is offered a seat. The paperwork on the Mover's desk relates to the case in question apparently occupies much of the nan's time.

"The decsion to involve the red death was made by Measure Chari who currently leads the investigation. I have confidence in my officers and should the Measure believe she needs the Mercykiller's aid in tracking a fugitive then I believe that she does. Is there anything else Inodine?"

Shamus says nothing, his confidence in the Movers Judgement visibly eroded.

"Nothing, Sir..."

He then takes his leave.

If he notices the reaction he gives no visible sign.

"Dismissed Measure."
