Personal on Site: 10 Notaries. 12 Namers.
Mission parameters: Crowd Control and District Lockdown.
On Site officer in Charge: Notary 2 Vale Reynolt.

Mission Objective: Investigation and Containment of Far plane Influence


Report:

I was Contacted by a Notary 1 James Gyllenhaal Concerning an Outbreak of Portal rifts in the Hive and i was Rushed to the Scene.

A Sinker Death Knight was already present on the scene and gave me his conclusions, Civilians were being Entranced by staring into these Portal Rifts which seemed to serve no other purpose.

Several Dabus were Present aswell trying to break the Runes maintaining the Rifts but had been unsuccessfull thus far.

We also found a Person wearing Raggard wizard robes Etching the Runes into the street and he behaved quite alot like The Tiefling Rannia, We soon found out he was the one Responsible for the Outbreak and With the arrival of Several Mercykillers and a Guvner we Deducted that he was indeed possesed by a Far realm spirit. I Ordered a Runner to Call for Reinforcements and Subsequently Ordered the Reinforcements to Seal off the District to Contain the situation.

We discovered that the Cerulean Sign is effective in Breaking these runes enough for the Dabus to Close them off completly.

After about Two Hours worth of Work the situation was under control with No incidents what so ever. The Culprit however was Written into the dead book when the spirit left his body.

I wish to add that the Notaries and Namers who answered my Call for reinforcements should be Commended for Effeciency and Professionalism Beyond what could expected on such short notice.

Since you where the first Harmonium on the scene, I have taken upon myself to enlist you into a special task force to specifically look into this matter.  Report to my office in three days at 0900 hours for the briefing and to all meet the rest of the members of the task force.  I hope to see you there and this meeting is relaxed so their will be no need to wear your garb.
