To whom it may concern,

The prisoner in our midst, Catarianna Erianne, is incarcerated for assault with deadly intent. While she remains in captivity, she is a magic user of some note, and this very moment, she continues her campaign of malice and injustice, seeking to undermine the reputation of the accuser. She uses illusory magic to reach out of the prison, forcing false, criminal memories into the minds of others; memories that I dare not even speak of here. I have evidence of this, and will present it upon request.

Therefore, it is vital that this prisoner is placed in warded captivity, either by complete fixation of tongue, hands and feet or in a specially prepared cell by our own mages to disallow any magic of any kind to escape.

I realize these are grave measures, but it is in my sincere belief that this woman is a threat to all, even with incarcerated.
