Drak'Har files a form to take his test to advance to the rank of A10. He jots down that he'd like to work for the history of Sigilian Law Bureau, specifically, and begins researching and studying appropriate topics that may appear on said test.

This form is resubmitted, but he instead is applying to the Beureau that studies artifacts such as the Scrolls of Mnemur. Along with this is plans and theory of how these may be useful outside of simple scroll form, and perhaps with less chaotic influence.

Drak'Har will mark said date, and, despite already having gotten a head start on said testings studies when he applied before, he begins boning up for the test anew.
