i just f-felt sick and s-scared, she restrained me more with ropes... i d-dont get what k-kind of reaction she'd expected from me a-aside p-panicking and s-screaming...b-but as i screamed once, s-she gagged me... seeing i'd refuse t-to comply she said she c-couldn't let me go a-after all that a-and started to slip me in a large magic bag.
t-to smuggle me o-off to somewhere else, to...i guess to imprison o-or kill me o-or...d-dunno...

Caterina listens silently her mind searching for a solution to the problem. By the time Uran has finished speaking it appears she has found one.
"I cannot advise we take this to court, we have no proof and would have a hard time convincing any judge of our case. That is fortunatly not the only course of action open to us.
Uran if I could convince the Justicar to renounce all claim to you would you be prepared to sign something to say you would drop any charges against her?"

Uran would have been thinking for several minutes now, perhaps unsure of any questions she would have had, or of anything more she'd have to say. her fingers fiddle entwined with each other as she purses her lips, an impression of thoughtfull shame rising on her visage; she fidgets for long both due to whatever is troubling her mind and for being conscious that she is awkwardly fidgeting for long, making the whole to last longer than it should.

"You asked me here to represent Uran's interests, as you can see by the way she shakes at the though of what she has been put through forcing her to relive the details of it in open court in front of a great many people and under pressure is not in her bests interest. Neither can returning her to a situation that would place her under such stress, so again I would like to request she be placed in state custody and I would also like to request a period of three days to allow me time to pursue an out of court settlement with the Justicar to eliminate the need for a lengthy and costly trial."
