Ziporath smiles perhaps at Rhistel's struggle to understand Ra'zeth's words. Perhaps mercifully he explains.

"The Iron Circlet slave ring recently posted its profits when it filed its tax return. I have seen where they do business I have even spoken to some of their directors. I think they make more profit than they say, which means they are paying less tax than they should. What I need is evidence of this, preferably I would like to see their books. I need an enterprising member of our Faction, or two to get close enough to bring me the proof I need."

After listening carefully at Ziporath's explanation, the young man nods.

"I see", he answers in a rather neutral tone, then moves his gaze from the deva to Ra'zeth. "Are there any... instructions, on how we should proceed... or are we free to pursue the objective in the fashion we feel more... appropriate?" Asks quietly.

Word spreads around The Hall of Records that Factor Ziporath, known to some as the digger has a delicate task that requires the attention of a resourceful Fated. Those interested in the reward for helping the most well resourced chant monger in the city of doors should seek the celestial at The Hall of Records.

Ra shows up in almost no time, clad in his usual armor with the greataxe strapped to his back.

"What'd ya need 'elp with, mate?"

The drow enters Ziporath's office and the fallen deva smiles.

"Factotum Ra'zeth!"

They have never spoken to each other or so much as been introduced, but the Aasimon is rumoured to know everything.

"I am looking at the tax return from the iron circlet slavers guild. I think they have understated their profits. I need someone to do some digging for me, I want proof we can't allow people to evade paying taxes can we?"

The drow grins at the mention of slavers... apparently, they're his preffered targets.

"Slavers, ehh? Why naut make an example out of zhem?"

The Deva smiles. Judging by his celestial heritage he probably has opinions about slavery himself.

"I'd love to, but for that I need proof."

He turns his gaze to the drow.

"For that I need you. I'd stand out at a slavers ring. Someone of your heritage, if you'll pardon my saying so will not be as conspicuous."

He ponders for a bit, then nods.

Having heard about the Factor's request, and having finished with the documents he was compiling, Rhistel decides to present himself to the Deva, slightly curious about what the matter could be.

After knocking at the door, and seeing as the factotum Ra'zeth had already shown up, he would hesitate entering the office, slightly undecided; they probably wouldn't need any more help at this point.

"You will be rewarded of course, but you are a Factotum I am sure you will not need my help the Faction places a lot of resources at your disposal. You'd be remiss as a member of The Fated if you did not take what you needed yourself."

He smiles at the knock at the door.

"Speaking of which why don't you answer that and see which of those resources has just made itself available?"
