Among the locations available are:
- A set of warehouses, located in the Lower Ward. Officially, they are abandoned after their owner fell on some hard legal times. The interiors of the buildings would have to be gutted and re-purposed, but they're fine brick structures.
- The estate of one Royston Matthis. His property value plummeted when the Dabus moved his house from the Lady's Ward to the Hive Ward one morning, and he's been desperately trying to get rid of it since. It has since shifted back in the direction of the Clerk's Ward, and is a lovely set of buildings in itself.
- A supposedly abandoned tradeschool, in the Guildhall Ward. Its current legal and tax status is very sketchy, and officially it has been closed.

With recent events put behind him, Ra begins to look into the provided adresses, hoping to continue his project from where it was cut off.
