All over Sigil a number of exhibits have been set up by a group calling itself the Arcanium. They claim to be a group of arcanists delving into the mechanics which drive the Multiverse for the betterment of all, with the core value of transparency of research meaning that all papers and knowledge discovered by one member is shared with all other members of the Arcanium.
Their banner is an open eye surrounded by three circles, representing the Inner, Outer, and Prime Material Planes. Their motto, "Knowledge without Borders" represents their overall goal and their status as an Inter-Factional organization.
Those seeking membership are asked to submit a research paper for their given field as a show of faith in the free-sharing of information.
The question is, are they really just as they claim to be?

Arch-Arcanist: The Curator (Despite the apparent free-share of research and knowledge within the Arcanium, the Arch-Arcanist responsible for overall control of the Arcanium is an enigma. Even the society's higher members claim to have never seen him in person, saying he prefers to operate through messengers and magical communications
The Inner-Arcanist: Mich Perlin (Oversees and assists researchers dealing with the Inner Planes, as well as being personally involved in research involving the whole of the inner planes as a reality engine he calls "Forge Theory")
