//The following is a closed rp for those involved in the negotiations between The Fated and The Mercykillers.
The spire light reaches its zenith and the shadows cast over the cage shorten to being none existent. Two drow arrive at The Hall of Speakers both are shown to a small side room away from the main auditorium. The Singer Factotum who greets them offers them refreshment. They are told to ring a bell they are given if they require anything and are then left alone in the comfortable suit they are left in to conclude their business.

Sillxhistraja, new Factotum of Takers, entered Halls of Speakers. Today, she openly wore the badge of Faction, which signified her rank and allegiance to the Fated. Showing her badge and stating her business, girl moved past Signers to the appointed room.
Entering, female noted the identity of the ambassador from Red Death. It seemed like Rowan had good information web.
Taking free seat, drow leaned forward, usually wisecracking smiling face serene and thoughtful.
"We have met again."

"That is different from what our side says, but be as it may." There was a thin smile with no hint of mockery, arrogance or just playfulness.
"Despite the last actions of our dear abbil Nillesia that endangered our relationships, we are willing to cooperate. Our long history of alliances is too great to let happenings clouded by possession give root. Of course, there are some reparations we would like to take for our reputation taking hit in front of all our deeds to save the city from being overrun. We have some of the conditions on the list."
There was a thud when fat scroll was put in front of the woman, several layers of paper implying a long list.
"Just a humble compilation."

"Some things cannot be given on silver platter all the time. Your last affair only proves that."
There was a sound of parchment's flapping when it was unrolled.
"Well, let me see... There are quite some demands... Hmmm..."
There was long list of the conditions.
"Reparations in currency to pay for arming and paying our troops for future battles to come in amount of hundred thousand jink, increased taxations for two month's duration, a share of the axiomatic brass mining holdings in the Acheron with access to the aligned forges of your headquarters... Some part of the loot from the raids of justice would be nice... "
The list goes on, the parchment rolled to continue down, the jabbered words talking of more demands, otherwise profitable to the Fated.

There was a sheepish smile, looking as amused as the justicar.
"Right back at you, Charae. Right back at you."
Giving a light laughter, Sillxhistraja slapped the fat parchment against her palm.
"Justicar of Red Death. Priestess of Lolth. Must be hard doing completely different errands for different masters. I wonder who will let go of you first."
Pointed finger was raised in the air, directed at the drow woman.
"Something tells me it will be Faction. Must be related to why you are here."
