Backlash Sweeps the City: Orcs Murdered

Three orcs suspected to belong to the Iron Tusk clan were found dead outside a recently renovated E-NOW building in the Hive today – burnt by lightning- likely the result of a spell. The Anarchists have denied responsibility, so have local Mercenary groups- it appears that this was an isolated incident the result of an outraged local mage who decided to take matters into his or her own hands.

Reports have now surfaced from the Hive about a hate crime committed against two orcs at a local eatery. Apparently they were there to have lunch, but had been poisoned by one of cooks out of resentment due to a local SIGIS article implicating orcs in a recent string of shady murders in the Hive.

Hours later, locals and E-NOW guards stopped another barmy from attempting the detonation of an explosive device outside one of the recently renovated E-NOW buildings. The guards were forced to kill him. A local elder called the failed terrorist a “martyr.”

In perhaps a turn from the regular events, there was a lone E-NOW guard on his way back to the headquarters recently when he was assailed by a number of rogues from the hive looking for easy pickings. However, a few Hivers, happy for what help they have been getting, came to the mans defense and helped the man to drive off the thieves. The man escaped without injury and with all jink in tact.

In other news, a local Hive terrorist named Gutterat is being hunted by authorities for allegedly planting numerous detonating traps in the bazaar – he left a note recently protesting the presence of Neli La Meor in the Hive. The note is as follows: “E-NEVER. Neli OUT NOW! Phantom OUT NOW!

A gang of Indeps prevented rioters, who overpowered ENOW security, from decimating the foundation of a new school that was under construction. One of the Indeps in the gang cited that he was planning to send his daughter to the school. The school's safety still remains in question, as there is no guarantee of the gang returning to assist in its potential future defense.

Nicholas Millin's return to Sigil is timely. He is immediately ordered to the Hive with his division of men. He has specific orders to protect E-NOW assets, but ultimately falls under Corwyns direct command. The two captains are encouraged to discuss how to enforce security without making the organization look too militant.

Additionally, a report of these incidence is drawn up and filled with the Harmonium, along with requests to root out these terrorists and police the area.

Reward money, if accepted, and a hearty "thanks" are given to those citizens that have made an effort to protect the project and the people in it.

Kour hadnt alot of Harmonium friends to spair but what limited influence she had she used to ask for a thin number of Hardheads to show good will to the ENOW cause and offer thin support. She did all she could to fend off anarchic attackers peacefully, but wasnt afraid to resort to pushing people back if they got to aggressive.

She ordered the men into a shield wall formation around the facility to create a riot control situation. She walked inside to meet up with the Captains and arranged an evacuation.

She explained to both Corwyn and Nicholas, after giving a polite greeting to the man that she believed in E-NOW's ideas but right now, it was under threat of brutal retaliation. She believed they needed wisley, to pull out and retreat to safer areas, such as the Lady's Ward.

She appriciated all that had been done by Neli, but explained personelle, innocent lives and assuring a longer term plan worked stably was better than continueing to sustain the cause at the risk of greater anarchy.

E-NOW representatives appreciate both Kours aid and advice, but would like to confer with its own leadership before leaving the ward.

Vorgazar sits around with eight orc bloods in the building they have been putting up. It might be there is not quite as many as before but the orcs are used to loosing a few here and there.

He looks around at the faces around him.

He turns to another

"Is youz dead too?"

"Not me boss."

The conversation goes on and on each of those present confirming they are not dead.

"Well who da fookz dead den? and who da fook is payin for food at restaurantz in da hive when we got a aberttoir full of our own food?"

Donkey stands up and raises a hand, like the good little school boy he is.

"Boss Boss, uh, maybe dis is good cos if orc bluudz in da hive is gettin victimise for bein orcs den maybe dems will join da Iron Tusk and help us build dis place where our kin can be safe."

Vorgazar grins and point to Donkey.

"Eez a good lad dat one. Hung like a fookin horse too.

Okayz go out and start gathering bluuds dat are getting hard time, tell em da Warchief will give dems a place to sleep, meat to eat and weaponz and armour to proteck demszelves.

Eh.... and if dems need some persuadin throw em a few acheron cubes."

Vorgazar dumps a few bags of the Nishrek currancy on the floor for them to use.
