Horrific Screams Shock Sigil

Yesterday, all surface-walkers in the wards heard a horrific scream. It sounded as if a thousand mouths cried out in pain, there was no source and no direction. Under an hour later a second shriek came, more pained than the first.

Arcanists as a whole are baffled by the situation, not even specialized diviners came up with more than guesses. By all proper accounts: nothing happened and their was no cause.

The Harmonium released a published statement in SIGIS the next day:

After an investigation, the Harmonium have determined the source of the screaming heard by some residents yesterday. It was caused by the Dabus' work in the moving of a large structure.. The Harmonium thanks every citizen who took the initiative to report possible danger to our inter-planar community. ~Harmony through Vigilance, Measure Cuth

Rumors abound of the root cause of the screams along with claims of disappearances in the days prior. Nothing substantial has been uncovered yet.

Many Hive residents have suffered nightmares over the last week. They consist of shadowy figures, strange corridors, and a dull ache.

Several who have reported nightmares in the last week have gone missing without a trace.
